Yay, I’m so glad you are back! As someone who got diagnosed with celiac’s disease over the Christmas holiday, I am miserable. Maybe it’s an American thing but the gluten free bread makes me want to cry, it’s like eating cardboard. Good luck with getting everything diagnosed. There are lacyode chews sn or pills u can buy at your pharmacy just ask pharmacists an when u want to eat anything dairy u can take it first or after at least 20 min before or right after u eat an i am as well an i hace IBS an still eat what i loke but i also use Air n bloating products an rolaids .
