I can confirm that in Scotland, we are very proud of being Scottish. In Glasgow, especially, there is a lot of tension around our "British identity". There are some who will be disgusted to be described as British and others who are very strongly, vocally proud of being British (this distinction is often correlated with which Glasgow football team the person supports). Call any of us English though and we will nearly all be offended 🤣 I am also a serial apologiser. I cannot help myself. Loving your videos! They're my go-to pick-me-up when I'm feeling stressed.
