Ingredients - Sesame Chutney
Sesame seeds - 1.5 cup
Green Chilli - 5 to 6
Tamarind - 2 table spoon
Salt - ½ tsp
Ginger powder - 1 tsp
Edible Oil - 1 table spoon
Black Gram - 1 table spoon
Split Chickpeas - 1 table spoon
Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
Black Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin - ¼ tsp
Curry leaf - 10 to 15 leaves

हरी मिर्च - ५ से ६
इमली - २ चम्मच​
नमक - १/२ छोटा चम्मच

उड़द दाल - १ चम्मच​
चना दाल - १ चम्मच​
हींग - १/४ छोटा चम्मच​
राई - १ छोटा चम्मच​
जीरा - १/४ छोटा चम्मच​
कढी पत्ता - १० से १५ पत्ते

suvarna badugu ji, it would be advisable to store it in a refrigerator. When refrigerated it would last for about 48 hours. This chutney can be prepared almost instantly. So it's always better to make it fresh and consume it within the day. Hope that helps :)
