Til ke ladoos or sessame laddus are generally prepared on the ocassion of Makar Sankranti. Til laddus or sesame ladoos are prepared by adding roasted til/sesame seeds in Cooked jaggery syrup. These til laddu also a good warming sweet snack for the winters. Make them, store them at room temperature for at least 15 days. Ingredients
Til/sesame seeds-350 gm
Jaggery-300 gm
Water-1/4 cup
Ginger Grated -1 tsp
