They could put signs up saying no access but that’s why they got that guy in the office to tell people. You will notice there are also no signs that say no shitting, no spitting, no tipping no kipping and no lipping. It’s a beautiful building they don’t want to clutter it up with 155 signs. That’s why they got the guy behind the desk. Which would you prefer?
