In my opinion, this is a song overall message is a call for compassion, urging listeners to protect and care for children, ensuring they do not suffer or endure unnecessary pain. It encourages empathy and understanding towards children's actions, recognizing that they, like animals, are still in the process of learning and should be treated with patience and kindness. This creapy voice "Hab doch keine Angst vor mir!/Don't be afraid of me!" with the accompanying piano strumming makes this song even sicker and more oppressive, another masterpiece by Mr. Lindemann 😍😍😍

I totally agree that this song has a huge urge to protect children from each other and to teach them how to respect other people. Children without adults eye are sometimes disaster and real monsters. This feeling is very like from the “Ich hasse Kinder“ movie and clip.

I think it tells the story from the perspective of a bullying child. "Don't be afraid of me we play rock paper scissors". Bullys always want to play games and force/convince you to play along, just to be an absolute a**hole when they win (or lose). "A child is just an animal". Don't judge me for bullying you, I'm just an animal.. "Whoever loses has to kiss". The children that lose the game (rock paper scissors) have to kiss each other and be humiliated in front of everyone. "(children) must not cry". If you cry you're considered a whiny loser by the bullies. "Put kittens in the bag" Sadistic children/bullies often like to torture animals as well

I like Altes Fleisch and Übers meer the best on the album. But it’s a good album. I suppose his first Solo album, because Lindemann albums were a collaboration with Peter Tagren.

Hello dear. Nice reaction as always. Didn't you get the feeling, something is missing at the end? There are rumors, Till had to drop some lines, revealing what the song is about in specific. Otherway the album would be on the index. Some in the community further think this song is about the events taken place at a Children's home in Wunsiedel in April 2023. A girl was was raped and killed by an eleven year old boy. And I agree with what the other say. The album is all in all quite straight forward. For Till standards.😂 Lyrically. But this song feels unfinished. With love from Germany ❤

This is my childhood with my cousins, bigger than me but kids still. We used to play games and pay with punishment. Also in elementary school, you'd often see trival attitudes and sometimes older students giving a warm welcome to new ones. By the voice acting, I think "me" is just him being another child in the play. "Don't be afraid of me"

I am from Germany, so German is my mother tongue. I don't know why, but I had "difficulties" with this song from the beginning, if you want to put it that way. I don't know how to interpret it or understand it. On the one hand, I immediately had the feeling that it was about pedophilia. The next time I heard it, I immediately got rid of this thought/feeling and thought it was about today, about the so-called helicopter parents. Children can no longer grow up as children and test their strengths and limits. Fighting is part of being a child and growing up. Not brutally beaten, but scuffled. But children can no longer do this. As soon as the voice gets louder or an argument starts, the adults get involved and people often threaten "I'll sue you if your child tackles my child again." Maybe I'm completely wrong in my interpretations. As I said, the song is the most difficult song of the entire album for me, also musically. Something is bothering me or I miss something. I can not explain.

I can't do much with the song. But there are supposed to be children who are like that. My ex-husband told me he sawed up a little kitten when he was a child😞😢
