Tilly Table Lamp TL136 Repair. Can we get this going after many years in a box! I never had any experience of Tilly lamps!

My Dad had one of these Lamps. Reminds of the early 1970s powercuts of my school days.

Yep, those early 1970s were a bit grim. The power cuts the 3-day week TV going off at 10pm each night. I also well remember all this! These are great lamps such a simple idea that still works. Still can't get that new burner to work mind! More playing is needed I feel glad it brought some memories back for you thanks for the kind comment. Kev.

Many thanks It is a good-looking thing that was fun to try to sort out. And even just as an ornament it looks good. A real bygone from the past but even better that it still works. I have now ordered a new Tilly 606 Vaporiser to try to see if the new burner will run better with that. So thanks for your most kind comment And likewise all the best for Christmas and 2024.. Kev.
