I just love how she moves in closer to him with the chair. It’s like she was trapping him and had him cornered 😂.

I loved the growth that happened during this trial between them: he was able to realize his subconcious hesitancy to having her be detective, and she was able to see that no matter what she does in life Tim will always love her, he will always support her and that nothing will disappoint him about her. I can't wait to see their relationship grow even stronger!!!

TBH, if I had a man in my life like Tim, I'm not sure I could focus on anything else, LOL. #ChenFord

I think he should've told her about the sprinklers. It could've been worse if she didn't get the confession

I agree it felt out of character for Lucy to suddenly blow up on Tim like that, but I wonder if the choppy writing comes from them trying to build their relationship quickly in a shortened season

I think they explained it by first mentioning how she wasn't getting any sleep and was trying to get perfect scores because one of her examiners had it out for her

Lucy was immature as hell here.

Yeah, and the immaturity was made 10 times worse because she's normal so mature and capable, taking responsibility for things over and above what she is actually accountable for. And worse, hers presents as insecurity: thanks to her Mom, she gets a massive need to prove herself, control freaks it, and assumes the worst about the motives of people she loves. WooHoo... which leaves the newly emotionally-invested, formerly abused elder brother are the grown-up in the relationship: it's amazing they made as far as they did...
