He was only 7 pounds lighter against Tank than he was against Haney, but those 7 pounds make a huge difference. Ryan didn't wanna fight Haney at 140, he wanted to have an advantage.

Once again after Ryan missed weight everyone was still picking against him and gave him no shot , now it’s the reason he won? The reason Ryan won is because Haney couldn’t stand up to his power and had nothing to put fear into Ryan from coming forward.
