Prosecco isn't champagne tim, it's prosecco lol. Any wine with bubbles that isn't champagne is just considered sparkling wine or "bubbles" . Champagne only comes from the champagne region of France, prosecco comes from the Veneto region of Italy. They can both make Rosé, like Prosecco Rosé and Champagne Rosé, but neither can make the other and they both use different grapes as well.
