Exactly! I know nothing of him but the jets preseason. Seems like there's people on here that think he's a decent player. We just need him to be average and I swear we will win games! I'm sure there's plenty of plays he sucked at when he was with GB and Lions but it looks like he can be average so I'm feeling better now. I'm not calling the season a bust yet!!! Boyle has arm strength but accuracy is terrible, if he worked out his accuracy problems then he can at least lead the Jets to the playoffs

I really like your outlook on the situation in fact I would like to agree because personally I’ve always really enjoyed watching Tim play and I was really looking forward for Tim to be the future but with them getting Jordan Love they are probably going to get rid of him but then again if JL is a bust then maybe they won’t but I guess we’ll have to wait and see because Rodgers has at least 2 seasons with the Packers yet

Well, granted Boyle has more experience in the system, he is listed as the Number 2 on the depth chart! They can't be THAT high on Love if they won't put him in god forbid Aaron gets hurt

@Spencer Waddell Boyle had the no 2 job because Packers needed a COVID reserve QB at backup, not because Boyle was better. Boyle had more experience with the playbook in a COVID season. The majority of the teams did this last season, you can stop pretending Boyle was any good.

This dude was extremely raw coming out of college. His preseason was abysmal missed guys right in front of him. But can play with confidence something he didn't lack in the preseason he was calm. If he can lead and make the throws necessary probably there is a chance to win. With a FG LOL or hail Mary the irony a GB packers QB basically hail Mary win for Detroit such a detroit ending

Yea I’m not completely all that sure myself. If anything what my dream scenario is: Jordan Love or Tim Boyle becomes QB1 and QB2 and that all depends on how Jordan Love develops as a QB because as of right now if Aaron were to leave Boyle would be without a doubt QB1 and in my opinion a very solid backup for Rodgers rn and Love has a lot of work ahead of him especially with his accuracy.
