Fun Fact: The term Single Malt in terms of whiskey production does not mean the product was made from 1 single malt of barley, it means just that the liquor was produced, aged, and bottled all at one distillery. You would think the producers of the show would spend 15 mins of research before slapping together production for the episode lol
@grampsz.3 жыл бұрын
UK regulations for Scotch Whisky require anything labelled "Scoth Whisky single malt" to also be only malted barely as well as a single distillery.
@Mr.Brewer833 жыл бұрын
@@grampsz. Correct, but there are MANY different types of Barley Malt. It doesn't have to be all Pale Ale Malt, or Malted 6-Row...can have Munich malts, chocolate malt, roasted barley, and crystal malts, which are all barley each with their own unique flavor and body profile. Here they are making it sound like a single malt whisky, or whiskey if in America, is made only using 1 type of barley malt. Which there is nothing wrong with doing that by the way.

If you have a lot of barley and wheat and other crops in the grain bins, look online at the highest sell point and sell the leftovers of barley and wheat and other crops and then you can buy more grain bins and increase the storage of barley and wheat and other crops and have money coming in. The more money you have, the higher chance of becoming rich.
@MK_ULTRA4203 жыл бұрын
Sometimes a grain's price is so low that it's not even worth the transportation costs required to sell it, which is why Tim had to transport it himself as the condition for the free price. Otherwise you're right about buying more bins.

Its a straight up lie for TV. No farmer would just plow a crop under unless it was poor or diseased, which it obviously isn't by the looks of it. In reality you would sell it, pile it on the ground, or store it in a giant plastic bag using a machine called a grain bagger.
