On opening night of the 1999-00 season, 33 year old Tim Hardaway Sr. had championship aspirations for his Miami Heat ball club, a team he headlined alongside Alonzo Mourning and Jamal Mashburn. In a double-overtime frenzy against the Detroit Pistons, Hardaway time and time again came through for Miami. By the OT periods, Mourning and Mashburn had fouled out, forcing Hardaway to face the brunt of the scoring output for Miami. The Heat would prevail at the end, which couldn't be done without Tim's 32 point, 5 rebound, and 5 assist performance.
