I spent like 10 minutes trying to understand the cover and yours... and it's like Tim complements and emphasizes whatever he thinks was cooler (beats, voice, instruments), whereas your version is like the guitar is playing the full band at once. I think what would take the longest would be that thumbnail. The actual video would be just audio syncing and that small bit at the end which would take like 30 minutes tops.
