Love this episode. I am from Nebraska. My family have always been in favor of the 2nd, but my parents never took the time and money to get their Conceal Carry. With the pandemic happening, they had the time final.They did their research first, and now my parents and brother each have their concealed carry, and know I am working toward getting mine. The best part about this episode was dangerous freedom and being responsible in having dangerous freedom.

Live in Northern Nevada. I didn't hear about them trying to change the laws to make everything considered an assault weapon. BUT they did try and close down gun stores as they said they weren't "essential". However, it is in the Nevada Constitution that in times of crisis, it is illegal for the government to close gun stores.

Late to the party but my wife was targeted about 2 months ago at a Walmart where we live and they followed her to the parking lot and tried to steal her car im so glad I've taught her enough to be aware when someone is targeting your person so she quickly locked the doors and after she jumped in he ran at her door and tried to smash her drivers side window and she ran his ass over and left the scene a witness called the police and the man was arrested broken leg broken ribs and some other minor injuries if in doubt throttle it out...predators are everywhere ready for anyone who looks like prey.

Tim is 100% correct. Some of the other guys worry me, like the tall guy in the back who said we should "praise" our healthcare workers. All US hospitals, with the exception of NYC, have been around 15% capacity for this entire thing, and there are HUNDREDS of TikTok videos of nurses acting like total attention whores. This is not to be praised, they should be fired for wasting PPE and a complete lack of professionalism while on the job.

In Houston, hospitals are nearly full right now, I know several nurses. Just because the media likes to scare people doesn't it's all fake. And yeah praise these nurses, their job is hard.

Oh dude, Mat, my aunt and uncle needed a loan to expand their automotive garage, banks were hesitant to give them a loan because the never had one, never needed one. Owned a successful shop, a couple rental properties, etc. They did get the loan, put the Denali and such up. Banks and loans are weird for successful folk sometimes.

Yep, great idea to crush up their egg shells and put them in with the kitchen scraps that you’re feeding your hens. It’s such a waste to through them away. If they’re not going directly back into the hen’s feed then they should be composted to help improve soil fertility. Much like spent bedding and chicken manure should be taken advantage of like the resources they are instead of being thrown in the trash/green waste bins.

I’m in the same boat bro... Not a former LEO but former 11B and Ranger. Developed central pain syndrome out of a TBI in addition to degenerative disc disease, apophysistis (fractured growth plates) in the spine, spinal stenosis, knee surgery, torn shoulders, who knows what else, and the wear and tear of 20+ years of sports and high intensity training. Monetary struggles to keep up with everything I need normally makes it hard to plan too far ahead. Best of luck to you with your medical issues, it’s a bitch to live with.

@@charliemike13 I completely understand. One of the hardest things I had to learn is that I do have limitations, and not to compare myself to what I used to be like before the injury. I’m not going to say I’ve got it figured out, I still feel like a pussy when there’s something that seems simple and I’m not able to do it, but I try not to let it bother me like it was when this started. It was just a spiral of pain, anger, stress, and depression that made things worse when I was holding myself to my old standards. I had to find different ways of being productive and feeling useful. It sounds like you probably can relate to a lot of the same things.

@@negativeionz I feel ya man. It probably didn't help that I had a deviated septum and most of us were quite nervous trying to do it on each other. It wasn't standard for our brigade at the time, it was the first and last time they did that for our combat life saver courses . After that class they stopped doing it to preserve supplies for an upcoming deployment. All I can remember is the taste of blood and lube after pulling it out lol.

@@TheCardinalSpear Oh shit. LOL. Yeah, I have a "severely" deviated septum too but fortunately that has not happened yet. The only reason I know this was a prolonged sinus infection pre-COVID. MFers looked up my nose like 20x and put tubes up it and it takes a dude with a diminutive flashlight to tell me this?! Him and his nose clown partner were all shocked I didn't even know about it and all the training/running I've done my entire life with it. The conversation about the potential causes was pretty funny. It was like a Dr. Seuss song of body parts I've stopped with my face. Don't get the standard surgery to correct it. Lifelong nose problems result. There is a ballooning option far less invasive or a pallet expander. The nose specialist who does the study in Breath by James Nestor explains why it's a horrible idea to go conventional deviated septum surgery.

Pre coronavirus, people wanted to believe that we were far too evolved and advanced for society to collapse or for us to need to defend ourselves. In less than a month of people getting flu like symptoms, we had food shortages, people are buying guns and we can't get toilet paper. But we are soooo advanced.
