When listening to Tim talk about the NBA, it sounds like he watches the actual games. Can't say the same for Skip and Stephen A. They are casual. Tim's the real deal.

I bet Legler watches more basketball than most all of us.

As of now, I am most impressed with out C rotation. Lively and Gafford combined average 19.6 PPG (on 66% shooting), 15.1 RPG, 4.8 APG, 1.8 SPG, 2.3 BPG. Lively accepts his role off the bench and both work as hard as any Big I've ever seen playing for the Mavs. If they can keep this combined statline up, thats exactly what this team needs. Great rim pressure and 2ndary playmaking on offense, as well as good rim protection on defense and overall good rebounding for 48 minutes. This opens up the perimeter for our main scorers and also makes defending the perimeter easier on the other side.

We will never see a ripped Luka after a summer and I don't see why he has to be. He plays himself into shape and peaks before the playoffs start. He doesn't really need to be in shape to beat teams in the regular season. Remember his game winner against Boston while he was shaped like the Michelin man

I know you dont watch the stats, but Klay Thompson has only played 4 minutes with Kyrie only, 26 with Luka only. He is Luka's teammate.

Dallas roster looks improved a bit, but I don't think they moved the needle that much when measured against the Boston Celtics. Boston was so dominant in last season's playoffs; they were not threatened at all.

I love Dallas, but what is their defense gonna look like with Luka, Klay and Kyrie when they're deep in the playoffs?
@circaen16 сағат бұрын
Legler is such a nice guy. He did not say "Luka looks like he slobbed around all summer". I am hopeful that Klay at some point has the balls to tell Luka - "Hey, I take this shit seriously & I came to help you win a chip - so maybe you could act like a fucking man please?" Because someone needs to.

I agree. Luka, as the leader has to uphold a standard that sets the tone for the rest of the team. Everyone who watches sports knows Luka didn’t come into training camp ready. That’s unacceptable.
@joesutherland93544 сағат бұрын
@@twofadesHey dumb fuck Luka got injured before camp so he had no training camp or pre season. Maybe next time you want to trash a player do some research. Mavs fans were crying about Luka playing to much basketball year round now y’all are bitching he actually rested his body for once and unfortunately got hurt before camp and couldn’t play in the pre season and now he’s working to get his legs under him and now y’all say he doesn’t care and isn’t taking it seriously? Lmao the dude wants to win more than the fans do and if you took 5 seconds to listen to him speak he’s said this all in that Wolves postgame interview.
