Wow! So many memories and good times and sad all came rushing in hearing this beautiful re do of a classic. I'm 34 now, from a country town near Mt Rainer in Washington state and this came out when I was growing up and all the good times from like high-school days that I remember have this song attached to them. Like Friday and Saturday and Tuesday nights cuz we had late starts wednesday mornings lol imagine 20 pickup trucks all backed up to a pallet fire up in the hills out of town so far up that even tho Seattle was a 40 min drive and Tacoma about the same we were so far up we could see both cities lights and the puget sound. Kegs and Schmidt beers and everyone singing songs like these. And makes me think of the girl I dated then who broke my heart in a thousand pieces but looking back I remembered all the good times. Fridays nights playing football then picking her up and goin to party all night. I've been married, divorced, have 2 boys 14 and 12. And there mom died from prescription pill overdose. And life's been hard. But never had my heart broken by anyone or anything even close to how it did when I was 16 or 17. Lots of drinking with a broken heart for the next 2 years and tim Mcgraw songs were always what I listened too and made me feel good. With all those bad times, this song took me back to all the good ones. Thanks Tim for all the music that we feel deep in our souls
