Please check out Dr. Jill Stein and the Green Party. In a fair debate, she could beat these 3 $tooges!

Like I'm supposed to believe this Hollywood millionaire, this member of the 1%, genuinely understands the struggles of the working class

Alcaeus89 class is defined by relationship to capital, not by how much they make. Actors sell their labor to capitalists just like any other working class member. Same with football players, and other cultural workers. I'll admit that they are overvalued, but any socialist state without movies sounds like one I dont want.

He's an actor, reading a part. Do you watch movies and doubt the actors in them know anything about the story? You should be able to watch this performance for what it is. It's just an actor reading someone else's words.

It's a reading of a transcribed speech, my dude. I'm genuinely sad that we don't have any audio of Eugene Debs in 2020...this speech, the speech at his sentencing, or any of the other speeches Debs made. In the absence of that incredibly valuable audio, I like to think that they are capturing the spirit of Debs.

Anyone who works for money is part of the working class... even celebrities, and with their ability to reach far more people, at least they are spreading a positive message. I can see how it can come off as hypocritical, but actors and musicians are used and replaced just like everyone else, sure they make way more, but money does not equal to happiness.
