Yes. please more pronunciation workshops.. Mostly videos aiimed at advanced studnets and more details about pronunciation. We learners of English as a second language learn at the beginning things that arre sometimes hard to correct later. So useful these vids. Cheers.

In the word 'paper', there are 2 'p' sounds. Which 'p' takes aspiration 'p' = ph? Both the 'p'? Initial 'p' only ? I struggle with this simple sound.

We certainly assimilate /z/ with /ʃ/. The /z/ in "these shoes" becomes something like /ʒ/: /ðiːʒ ʃuːz/. However we don't normally assimilate /z/ with either /ʧ/ ("these chairs") or /ʤ/ ("these jackets").
