I hear all the time that he wasn't good. You always heard he was inaccurate and couldn't hit open receivers. But guess what? He always found ways to win games. For him to take over for Kyle and for the entire team to have that sharp of a turnaround? It was Tebow magic. I don't think some realize how much of an impact he made for his team and this entire country. It seemed like the entire country had hope. You saw people who didn't even care about football start watching the game solely for Tim Tebow. I don't understand why he's still hated. You've never heard any of his former teammates talk bad about him. Have you ever heard of him beating up his gf, caught doing drugs, or DUI? Nope. I think the saying, "NFL didn't deserve Tim Tebow" speaks words. I'm glad he's finding success in baseball. For him to just switch sports, go in, and be successful is astounding. Tebow Magic lives on.

@Zoggosh7 жыл бұрын

@SeaGLGaming7 жыл бұрын
The Ultimate Channel But he won games. I don't care if you have a 25% completion percentage with a 1:1 TD to INT ratio. If you're winning games, I don't care if my other QB is throwing 400+ yards a game with a 10:1 TD to INT ratio. If my other quarterback with better stats is losing, it doesn't matter if he's good. My first quarterback who's stats may suck is winning games while QB2 is not. I'll take a sloppy win over a beautiful loss.
@Zoggosh7 жыл бұрын
SeaGL Gaming yeah thats ridiculous. it isnt solely on the quarterbacks shoulders whether a team wins or loses. nobody in their right mind is starting somebody with numbers that poor over 10-1 td/int ratio. if you put points up as a quarterback and dont turn the ball over, which that ratio suggest you would, then you are doing your job, your teammates have to do theirs too. winning games is not the sole measurable of quarterbacks, disregarding everything else is moronic and its a good thing the broncos didnt do it or they wouldnt have had he recent success that they have.

@@GladiatorCoachSully Yes, that's why I mentioned the Patriots game as a reason to why he would never win a championship in the NFL, he was awful that game, and he couldn't throw worth shit, and didn't make any difference when the Pats shut down his running game. And no NFL team was gonna take on a quarterback who can't throw a football well (which is a quarterback's job, to throw well), and try to develop him. NFL teams are not gonna waste time on project, who may or may not become a better passer, they want a quarterback capable of passing to play for their team immediately. The most underrated part of that 2011 Broncos team is that the defense played incredible and Matt Prater was too. The team was not bad at all, and all they had to do was get Peyton Manning and they go 12-4 and make the Superbowl within 2 years. And you add the fact that the 2011 Broncos receiving core was great with Eric Decker and Demarius Thomas you have guys who can bail out Tebow's bad throws. But, let me say, why the hell are you so pissed off that Tim freaking Tebow of all players didn't get his chance? Fired for his religious beliefs, two days ago I saw a pic that the NFL POSTED, of a prayer circle. I'm a Christian and that is still a disgrace to all Christians, especially Tim Tebow.
@zachstevens73827 жыл бұрын
kdmcgu17 the nfl didn't want him and he isn't Tom Brady but who is?? he left his mark. all is well. it's all good. he did his part to help denver win superbowl 50 later. tebow got his shot. he just learned to throw poorly from his dad but was such a beast it didn't matter till his nfl career.
@faraway53457 жыл бұрын
kdmcgu17 This "persecuted Christian" narrative is ludicrous. The fact of the matter is that there are other rushing QBs that can throw way better than him. Can is better in every way. Mariota, Watson and even Keep can run when they want to and can throw way better than Tebow
@zachstevens73827 жыл бұрын
Far Away cam newton is not better in every way. he is a horrible leader and a pathetic looser. just youtube what tebow did after they lost a Heartbreaker to a team in college... changed lives buddy.
@zachstevens73827 жыл бұрын
Far Away Watson and I think mariota are christians and mariota has a lot more to prove. tebow accomplished far more than he has and has had a lot shorter just nfl career yet way better. tebow is a leader of men. that's not something many players have like brady has. stop saying the obvious that his arm stinks yes we know. their is so much more to qb play than an arm or else players like joe fluke O flack O would be an all star bit wait dree brees is far better than him. Watson looks great so far... and those are all obvious comparisons. Watson has the only resume that can match tebow but he still has so much to prove. tebow won a playoff game taking a 1 and 5 team their. he isn't perfect... who is...? heck no wimp cam newton who hates getting hit is better than tebow who embraces it and keeps on coming back. sadly, few will know the truth. he is a great example and Godly man. that's the christian part.
@joem13827 жыл бұрын
Let go of the he got fired for his beliefs. Nope, he got fired because his accuracy is horrible. He tried out for other teams but he's just not an NFL quarterback.

Some say Tebow is out the league because he "relied on kickers to finish off in games", I'm sorry but hasn't Brady required a Kicker to win BIG games ? Tebow was hard done by, the fact that Hackenberg is gonna be starting and someone like Tebow isn't, fucking ridicolous
@KAD108957 жыл бұрын
Tyroil Smoochie-Wallace Tom Brady actually gets to Superbowls
@Zoggosh7 жыл бұрын
tebow is out of the league because he couldnt consistently complete passes. despite all the highlights you can hear the announcers say it, the abysmal attempt to completion ratios he had. if you watched those games, and saw some of those throws, you would know just how bad it was, and how hampered their offense was from his inability to consistently throw the ball. relying on late game heroics isn't a winning strategy in the nfl, dominating the other team through 4 quarters is, and tebow never did that.

I've watched my team win 3 Super Bowls, I've been able to see superstars ranging from Jake Plummer and Champ Bailey to Peyton Manning and Von Miller play in Denver. I've seen record-breaking performances and incredible seasons. And yet... I'd give just about anything to watch our 2011 season again. Everything that happened that year defied logic, expectations, and even reality. But it was one of the most exciting seasons ever because Tebow truly had Broncos fans believing that we were going to come back and win every single fucking game. 2011 was unlike anything I've ever seen in professional football.
@jenspetersen5865 Жыл бұрын
So agree - I loved the hair pulling frustrating ultimate high plays of Elway, Plummer and Tebow, and fount them much more exciting than the Manning years where you essentially expected to get to the playoffs and see what happened there. I liked the ugly wins. The antithesis was Orton who was a really good QB that always found a way to loses.

He will change the way I play baseball. The intensity I bring to my play style, my work ethic, my pregame practices, how hard I will work during the game, and how much I will support my teammates. My teammates aren’t the most enthusiastic, talented, team supportive, nor positive during games. This upcoming season I will tell my teammates that you only get so many chances, you can’t just not care, you’ve been given this opportunity to play the sport, you can’t throw it away by simply not caring. I want to be remembered as one of the hardest working players of my schools history. If I come up short or if my team comes up short in a loss, than we will definitely know we didn’t give it our all. Our school in baseball hasn’t been the best,record wise,records such as 9-17, 10-16. Hopefully that will change this upcoming season. I’m making a promise to myself to give it my all, even if we’re down by 9 in the seventh inning. Luckily I am a junior and have two more years to show my teammates how much they mean to me and how much I want to win. Hopefully my actions and words will show them that I want it more than the guy beside me. So they can tell themselves “Hey this guy wants to win this game, and I will help him through the duration.” All this being said, I thank Tim Tebow in showing young ones or even older that having confidence and courage to wanting something will pay off if you put your mind and physical actions to that goal. Thank You Tim Tebow.

@@pwnshhhop51 I think he was so mistreated by a few nfl executives especially in Denver but the worst was the media who made fun of his religious beliefs , then everyone piled on just killing his chances of a team signing him. The guy never said anything publicly about his treatment but I believe he knows deep down he was ran out of the NFL because he was not shy about his beliefs and he wore it on his sleeve for everyone to see . They wouldn’t think about treating Reggie White like that and he was just as religious as Tebow .
