Just a little bit of context; that rollercoaster was secretly a transformer and as it was about to convert into robot mode, it had a lethal stroke. After the events that occurred, he was brought to a remote hospital located on the planet cybertron, where he undergone severe injuries and slipped into a coma. The next few months, Autobot Helix sadly passed away and is missed by everyone around him.

that roller coaster is completely safe. Its just the people who set up the roller coaster (the owners of the fair/park) should have paid more attention to maintenance. Roller coasters are rarely unsafe.

Ahhhh yes, one incident of a car coming off it’s tracks in what appears to be one of those traveling carnivals that visit a city, open to the public on a Friday afternoon, close the carnival late Sunday night, and pack up and leave on Monday. This is not like a Six Flags amusement park. Every single traveling carnival seems extremely sketchy. In fact, I’m blown away by how few incidents ever occur at these. So it’s actually the opposite of what you are saying. The inspectors are quite impressive for having such a low incident rate for what are extremely sketchy rides that look like they’d cause fatalities every single weekend. I can’t understand why anyone goes to these because of the off chance that this could occur. It seems to be a magnet for the trashiest people in a 100- mile radius to attend and do whatever trashy people do.

the people that own these stupid carnival rides probably only inspect it once a year. so get used to them sometimes crashing. i know it sounds stupid. im never riding on a carival ride again. the people never take care of these rides. they just leave it to sit somewhere and then set it up again when they need to and never inspect. they only have to do it once i think it says by the law. and i think thats just stupid. i wouldve sued them so bad. some1's child coulve been really hurt on that ride.

The ride certainly isn't rickety and is very much safe. Its the owners of the parks fault for not putting together the roller coaster properly or maintaining the ride properly. The manufacturers of the ride are not at fault.
