“Create the problem to move towards the solution?” These guys (especially the guy on the right) is as deeply, deeply unethical as you can get. He’s using scare tactics and guilt trips to get people to spend huge $$$ on very minor issues. They’re why people’s trust in service people is going down the drain. We have a lot of these types of contractors in the St. Louis area and they have awful reputations. If any homeowners are watching this video and reading this comment and your HVAC contractor starts talking like this, RUN!! They are not be trusted.
