I feel like it's 50/50 if a wood working personality wears a dusk mask, and here you are making sure that not only are you covered, but Utz is as well. I appreciate the attention to detail. It's a funny/cute shot, but at the same time I would not have ever thought about making sure my dogs wear masks if they are out in the shop with me. Thank you for that! Great video as always!

Awesome build. I built a 120" movie screen frame this summer using 1 1/2" PVC and the only real question I had was how high from the ground the bottom of the screen should be. We were expecting people to either sit in lawn chairs or on blankets, and we didnt want so short a height that people's heads shadowed the screen, or so high that people on blankets had to tilt their heads up too much. We went with 4 feet up.

Cool project maybe show you and Utz on an old couch you BBQing meat while Utz eats it, Im thinking Lone Wolf McQuade, Or The Dogs of War, with Christopher (dog) Walken. Both great movies by the way. That's a pretty decent one. I did a sloppy version of this 10 years ago for a smoke pit movie night at the base I was stationed on. We made it through a couple movies before it was shutdown due to fun overload. I thought it was quite funny that the MAAs shut it down halfway into "The Last Detail" of all movies. I have wanted to build another for some time, but with a homebrew projector/receiver to run the whole thing. If you want a fun speaker project, my idea would be for a stacked line array of 4" full range transmission line encosures and even better would be a 2.1 with a subwoofer using a 2x4 mini-dsp, a stack of TI tpa3110 chip ampifiers, and 4" tang band speakers with an additional amp and sub to back it up. You could enclose all of the amplifiers, a raspberry pi, and a projector into one housing. Then have the two line arrays and a subwoofer enclosure separate. I have a fairly decent enclosure design for 4" drivers. The idea would be to build 5 sets of those, and then make a mounting structure to mount them into an arced line array. (a line source of sound projects significantly further than a point source)

A lot of us Navy guys who have been to Gitmo will smile and reminisce watching this one. That was the only place I've been with an outdoor theater. Very Cool. What Projector do you use? I would love to do your project but, as a former Framer and I'm older than the hills, I prefer to watch movies on the side of the Store Room painted Behr Silver Screen. You should consider building and selling your Screen as a Kit. Or sell the Plans. You're really good...BTW: how did you get the Dog to wear a mask without trying to pull it off?
