Timberjack 360 Skidder Transmission Rebuild Part 1

Putting the Allison ttb-2220-1 transmission from the Timberjack 360 back together. This is the fourth part of the transmission series and the first part of putting it back together. This skidder was in bad shape and I am rebuilding and restoring just about everything to get it back in the woods.

Amazing to watch you work, Sir! I have a 1973 Mercedes Benz 406 Unimog that I have a stuck transmission high/low shifter stuck...so I may be doing something like this...it's a horrific thought because I am no where near as skilled as you! Blessings!

I do have a shift linkage to fix on one of my mogs. I will try to get that filmed for you. It's stuck in low locked. If you subscribe, it will pop up as a notification when I get it posted

I have this tipe of trasmission. In italy is very difficult find parts of this trasmission; where I can find parts? In u.s.a send parts of this trasmission in italy or is impossibile? Exscusme for the bad writing in english but I speak italian😂😅

I use www.partsun-ltd.com/ Tom there is pretty good. Any Allison transmission dealer or service center should be able to order parts. You just need to find one with someone who is willing to look and help
