The blocks are a cool way of making an abstract concept concrete. 👌

Love that term Happy Stack. Exercise + family time = biking, swimming, gym time, hiking

I am going to spend as much time with family this next week, since I am going back to EU next week. I have a trip to the beach coming up where we will overnight, and I will hopefully see my uncle and cousin, along with one of my nieces. Plus Run to the Rogue will be happening and I plan to walk a mile or so at the start of it, and possibly at the location of the land where my ancestors come from. Oh I want to let you know that I finished my MSc using your time tracking, been part of your channel for years. Which is not easy being neurodiverse and working by myself. I’ve been called lazy, and I wanted to throw the trackers at the department heads that have many prejudices of ADHD and ASD. Glad to see some videos from you. I have been retraining the KZbin algorithm to show me more BuJo and planning videos.

Sleeping 6 hours is never a good idea. Yes you might work longer but it will be more unfocused and unproductive. Tasks grow to fill available time, adding more is rarely the best option.

Fair point! I shoot for 7 hours each night, pretty good balance for me.
