I am pretty sure this was filmed in front of a green screen which is why nobody stopped to look. I can't imagine someone doing something like that on a relatively busy public street without having a huge crowd around them very quickly. Also I think that they slow down/speed up the video of them dancing such that their moves better match the music. I would like to believe that this is real but I honestly don't think it is.
