I think Ben is very good at general planning and stuff but he's not the best at executing them. He's super good when it comes to turn based stuff but not so much real time active gameplay IMO.

Interestingly kobold & gobolin come from the same word & concept. They changed a decent amount with culture, but really changed and were kind of codified once D&D came on the scene. There's a lot of that in folklore.

Isn't Cobalt from Kobold? Because the metal is toxic and miners therefore used to die from extracting it, so the myth of the Kobold started? Did goblin come from that too?

​@@oldtoby4062 Yep! And nickel is from copper-nixie- _Nix/Nixie_ being like the English _nicor:_ a dangerous, mischievous water sprite. In other word, the fae "fooled miners" into thinking "worthless nickel" was valuable copper. Goblin was influenced by Germanic _Kobold_ similar to Dutch _kabouter._ Interestingly, kabouter look like our modern English conception of gnomes. "Gnome" _(gnomus,_ coined by Paracelsus and equated to other diminutive sprite concepts like pygmy and presumably dwarf) were originally the word for a class of creatures said to move through the earth as we move through water. This would include all cthonic "fairy" creatures such as kobolds, goblins (early association with caves) Goblins early influences also include "Late Latin _cobalus_ (“mountain sprite”), from Ancient Greek κόβαλος _(kóbalos,_ “rogue, knave; goblin”)." The original English conception of the creatures who came to be called goblins was _pūca_ related to Puck, bucca, spook, bogeyman, boggle, bugbear, buck (originally goat-shaped), bogan, pox, bug (germ), and ultimately is rooted back to the PIE word meaning "grow, become, come into being, appear"-which itself is related to "to be."

Could have killed the last crew member in the boss ship, and then focused where with boarding. Letting him run around and distract the bot from damaging sheild cost them the fight.

Ben who is usualy good at games is weirdly bad at ftl. I think he forgets he can just pause and think about it, seems so rushed. Also they always shoot there beam through the shield before the laser and loose like 4-5 damage.

No the new lictor/neurolictor is a dual build kit. The deathleaper is the only one with a separate kit
