Honestly the bits where you are playing that are not there to showcase something that has to sound like Queens etc feel very inspiring. Sure the influence is still there but it sounds like you are playing more freely, instead of trying to play "a riff that sounds like x". Very cool guitar, pretty nice sound!

Sometimes it's nice to switch things up. I've gone from clean amps only back to channel-switching amps (the ones that happen to have great clean channels, such as the laney ironheart, synergy stuff, Fryette, ENGL, etc), and sometimes trying something perks you right back up.

I have a single pickup LP but I can't get on with having just one P/U. I grew up playing guitars with 2 or 3 P/U's so why would I want less? People say you can get a neck P/U sound by adjusting the volume and tone knobs on the guitar but I disagree - it sounds like a bridge P/U with the tone turned down. I wonder if you'll grow tired of this guitar....Either way I dig your videos, cheers mate.
