Haven’t watched the video but the unimodal grinders fall apart quickly and you kinda have to have fast flow rates to have good shots or they’re over extracted

@@WeBuild4Lifenahhh mate, fast shots = lower extraction with lower dissolved coffee solids. This means the final cup has more clarity and in cases, with the courser grind size needed for turbo shots, you can get a juicier acidity and higher sweetness due to reduced chance of channelling (due to course grind size).
