At first Tinkerbell tried to make Wendy's death look like a accident but in the end Tinkerbell went all out to take out Wendy 😨

Actually if you look closely, Tinkerbell circles Wendy like the other fairies do to the lost boys. So from far enough away it would look like the fairy dust didn't take.
