PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!! Read the description lol! 😂😂😂 It really will help you understand the songs better. Every single one is basically a rewrite of the originals with a evil twist. (Rapunzel now has a part 2 to her villain song!) To clarify, Merida is getting revenge for her mother who was turned into a bear and her father killed her without knowing. The cloak he wore was her little brothers.

Merida's villain arc is pretty much just centered around if she failed to stop her father from killing her mom and brothers while they were turned into bears, with added layers of her father than doubling down on all the things Merida tried to escape from to begin with (such as being forced into marriage).

Honestly, I wonder if Dolores is blessed with Super Hearing as well as the endurance to handle the Super Hearing. In the movie she was able to single out a single voice out of the entire town,(when Grandma asks Dolores how many kids that Fiancé Guy wanted.), so Dolores definitely has some control over what she’s hearing.

For what it's worth, Beast was not a kidnapper, exactly lol. The Beast is a prince of the land. Belle's father basically trespassed into the Beast's castle, and was imprisoned for his crime (now, the Beast was being unkind, not considering the man's position, but that's what the movie is about, he was still in every right to imprison Belle's father based on the laws of the time). Belle plead to be exchanged for her father. The Beast agreed. They both agreed she would be imprisoned and her father would go free, and the Beast only agreed to this because he needed to make someone fall in love with him. After that, he changed. Now, they are not an example of Stockholm syndrome for many reasons. One being, stockholm syndrome relies on the victim gaining a psychological dependence on their captor. The Beast fell for Belle, but Belle did not fully fall in love with the Beast until he was at his deathbed. That is why it was only then that he changed back. Furthermore, Belle did not even come to care for the Beast until HE changed. Until he ceased his cruelty. Stockholm syndrome would suggest a change in Belle with Beast not really changing, or at most becoming slightly more lenient and painting it as some great kindness. Another point, Belle was free to leave..... fairly quickly. When Belle ran after the Beast scared her, he did not drag her back. He clearly followed her, because the forest was dangerous, but he did not attack her, he only appeared when the wolves attacked. Also, not much longer after that, the Beast chose to let her leave with permission, understanding she was likely never going to come back. None of this is indicative of Stockholm Syndrome.

Meridith did have reasons for her villain song. The description explains it all. Her father killed her mother not beleving meridith that the bear was his wife. She wears her mothers bear skin to keep her mom close and kills everyone who was responsible for her mothers death and everyone who didn’t listen to her. I’m so glad you listened to Belle villain song, that one is my favorite. Plz read the description next time. Always love your videos. ❤️

alright since you completely missed the start, of the melida one, lemme explain, in this version melida and her mum werent able to break the curse, and her mum turns into a bear, so do the other children, and to add salt to injury her father skins her mother and the cubs as the cloacks we see, after that her father forces her hand in marriage, but she runs, and after a few years she comes back, also if you dont understand exacly what went down the description in the villain soungs ALWAYS explain how it came to that point.

With Merida what happened was she didn't reach her mother in time and her mother turned into a bear forever and started attacking Merida. Merida's father killed his wife to protect Merida and afterwards Merida was put into an arranged marriage. She decided that it was time to start doing things the hard way to bring a change to the social order that had forced her into marriage.
