Some days will seem slow but trust me, they aren't. Seize the time you have. Make use of it and enjoy your life but make sure you do something to set yourself up in the future too. When you hit your 20s nothing that happened before feels real, and nothing that happens until you're 25 feels right. That being said, I'm glad it didn't. I made choices, made mistakes, lost more than I wanted, found exactly what I needed, made a life and destroyed it then started all over again in that very small amount of time. I'm going to be 27 this year and I'm happier than I was when I was 18, but it didn't come without cost. Time doesn't just fly, my friend... that bitch teleports. Best not to predict where you'll end up, just smile when you get there.

😪 turned 18 on the 14th of march. for some people there is a different feeling when you turn 18 for most its just like every other day. a couple of days ago i felt free. free because im not on good terms with my mom and i didn't or dont want her to know where im at. its different for everyone and all i can really say is just keep pushing on. ik yall probably dont wanna hear shit from someone the same age but just keep your head on a swivel and push through the days, trust me after working again and making money through hard work after not having much basically your whole life, the hard work pays off and you will feel so great and accomplished from it be the quiet person you want to pay attention to your surroundings and not let others take advantage of you to, dont be quiet and weak at the same time tho stand up for yourself when something is obviously wrong. btw if ur just turning 18 looking for jobs n all i really dont suggest a restaurant and if you do then id suggest going to the back and keeping your head down. dont go to work seeking friendships or anything else except doing what you need/have to and making that money. there is lots of drama in a restaurant dont be the boasting type lowkey cuz people like to talk shit behind backs and can dislike you for the smallest most stupid reasons just ignore that shit tbh. i wish everyone turning the same age as me this year the best luck in your future where times will be rough but days will get better!
