It's all about controlling your thoughts! If you can keep your attention on what's happening right now, instead of that thing that will happen in the future, it won't matter how fast time passes because you'll be enjoying yourself!! But it takes a LOT of practice to keep your thoughts focused on what you're experiencing at the time. So practice every few minutes, or every few seconds. And do things that are fun for you or just keep your attention!
