Suffering from panic (clearly associated with a major project) I had difficulty falling asleep, went to KZbin on my phone and put some CS lectures on by my bedside. I had drifted off and awoke 3 hours later to the simple declarations being made in this video. Today IS the day. You can do what you need to do and time is not a factor. You need ideas, not time, and infinite Mind is there to supply them. Get on your bike and get it done. Mr. Hohle, thanks for this terrific lecture, full of inspiring stories and insights. If it is necessary..its possible...brilliant! Thank you for all your positive points. Does Dave speak for all of Christian Science when he stated at 26:50 that Jesus Is not the Christ, the Christ did not die on the cross and is not coming back again? That is a real slice off the Bible NEW and Old Test and off the GREAT HOPE. Just imagine not taking Jesus at His Word when he said what he was going to do. He said My sheep know my voice, and not only believe My Words but DO what I say. When I was young I had a divine moment with God and was given a great gift to know Him...AND I really look forward to seeing Him face to face. With this firmly established God event in my youth, nothing and nobody ever could get in between me and my Redeemer. But for those whose faith is not yet firmly established understanding who Jesus the Christ is (Isaiah 9:6) , teaching like this...well, all I can say is I pray that for all the good that I just discovered in these teachings on the more application of thought with Scripture, most will find this doctrine to be only a classroom not where we receive our diploma but our map of seeing beyond the illusion of matter and how that ties into healing manifestations....definitely not a bad pearl to collect, but at what expense to those who are tossed and turned at every wind of the doctrine. I pray nobody saws off the branch that is holding them up or stays in a room of two way mirror glass. Our Redeemer Has a face with REAL feelings. I boils down to this: Who made my bones? OR what made my bones? As for me and my experience.......God is a personal, intervening, miraculous God. A Person made my bones with a real live Personality! Can a person be washed in the Blood of Jesus Christ and be accepted in this Christian Science?

Christian Scientists believe that Jesus (the man) died on the cross, but was resurrected because of his understanding of his relationship to God. However, we believe that the Christ is eternal. One of the tenets of Christian Science states that: We acknowledge that the crucifixion of Jesus and his resurrection served to uplift faith to understand eternal Life, even the allness of Soul, Spirit, and the nothingness of matter. Quick question. Can you be a Christian Science Practitioner and also believe that Jesus Christ is the One and Only Messiah and that He is the Everlasting Father, Counselor, and Almighty God in one Personage like described in Isaiah 9:6
