The first concept of time based on change would be entropy. The concept of 4th dimension going beyond time is very interesting. Just like going beyond x and y axis is the 3rd dimension. However I agree with Ranveer that time is the 4th dimension as the 3 dimensional universe is travelling through time. Going beyond time would be the 5th dimension. I am no expert. Just rambling.

We can't , because there is no existence of past. Past is destroyed, because of entropy but ,you can go to future if you attain speed of light. This is practically not possible
