Olly , you know what we used to say farming down in Northamptonshire “ if you can throw your cap down and cover two plants , you have enough for a crop . In the early 90 ‘s I had an 80 acre crop of winter barley and if you threw your overcoat down you’d only cover two plants I left it and combined , believe it or not 4 tonnes per acre , I was amazed . If you was to go to a petrol station with the case for 933lt it would be £1,399 and at 93lt a hour it’s £139 a hour that’s what my van uses in two months. I now before everyone has a go, I now Olly will get the fuel at a cheaper rate and I now he needs the machinery to do the jobs he does. #KEEP BRITON FARMING

In the cab I have, ratchet straps, 10mm and 13mm spanner’s, fuses, baler twine, gloves, water pump pliers, 1/4 and 1/2 make your own hydraulic fittings, hi-vis jacket, multi tool, safety glasses, ear plugs, assortment of nuts and bolts.

In my manitou cab I have a Stanley knife, gloves , glass wipes , interior wipes . Phone holder , hi viz bib ,baseball cap in case of rare sun in the eyes , a pen but no paper so write on back of hand , and that is the same items in tractor and digger cabs too

Morgan; total respect is due. For myself 130% after a really good lunch (scallops, king prawns and black pudding, kedgeree then shortbread with raspberry sorbet and cranachan. Also 6 yellow cats, one orange, and one CASE tractor (not counting the John Deeres, Claases, Caterpillars and Fendts in the tractor dealership).

Hey olly with the throttle in the quadtrac there should be two buttons labelled 1 and 2 with a engine icon press either and then next to them should be two engine icons with arrows pointing up and down hold the arrow pointing up this will increase the rpm to what you want to work with so you can just hit number one instead of having to move the hand throttle each time you could have 1 set for working rpm and 2 for turning on the head land

Torrential rain again this morning. Even quad bike with trailer on struggles to get round. Completely depressing. Been like this since July. Admittedly not very scientific but been working it out, we have averaged 1dry day in every 12 since then

In my truck I have a air fryer slow cooker microwave curve tv and mobile data all cooking things fridge freezer 2 socket sets 2 sets of spanner’s 4/44 mm saw hammer crow bar nips pliers screw driver set grips 10/000 amp inverter nut runner drill only thing I haven’t got is a sink and a huge toolbox lol

Must say with the quadtrac rolling you can get some ground prepped fast. Think the beast will be with you for a long time as she sill be hard to let go of. Morgon a good worker for stickingbin those long hours when needed, but then again he probably didnt want to get out of it . Next time let him sleep in there.😂

Burning 94.3 litres an hour means you’re using 471 horsepower.. you’d nearly want to hire a sheikh to follow you around at that rate 😂 . A simple equation to figure your horsepower out is to get your litres an hour and divide it by 0.2.
