Apologies to you who are more interested in the specifics of the process, I had to do A LOT of cutting/speeding up to get the nearly 200 hours of footage down to a reasonable video length. Feel free to ask questions though. Some other metrics: Video took ~200 hours over 6 weeks to make Each frame took Redshift with an RTX 2080 roughly 90-180 seconds to render Software used: Maya, Substance, Davinci Resolve, FL studio, Audition. The first thing i thought when I saw the animations was "wow, this is really good". But now i see that this man took the time to record his own sounds IRL, make his own music on FL, spent 200 hours creating, editing and rendering. And upload the process of his work too. I really think this is perfect. You have so much talent and you really use it, specially the music one, i really wasn't expect that you create it too, that is impressive and i really loved it. As someone who knows quite a bit about all the software used, he basically took everything to the extreme. This is beyond production studio quality. This is crazy awesome man! Normal people would reuse other assets and you've created everything on your own, from procedural materials to creating your own music. That's just crazy and I am speechless. It seems like you must have worked in movie industry. If this was your job, it would be one of the most difficult jobs on the planet. I am bit surprised you went for DaVinci Resolve, was expecting AAE, Vegas or Premiere. Also the work in Maya was just pure craziness, I wonder what time it would take to make it in Blender. Also, you should add in your software list that you were using Photoshop as well.
