I like to headcanon that the cat was actually sent by extratemporal entities to ensure that events happened "as intended" (hence appearing out of nowhere when they weren't present the first two times, and aggressively pulling on Adam's sock to make him fall), and that the rats happened not because the cat was _crushed to death by the shelf,_ but because the cat was prevented from preserving history. Even if Rover (...I don't think he ever actually got a name in story?) had succeeded in only _locking the door_ to keep the cat indoors, and the cat lived, the rats still would've chewed the wires. It's probably also why in Act 3, it was insufficient to merely prevent the cat's death and leave it at that, Rover had to _bring the cat to the treehouse_ to ensure history happened as intended... only for one of his wheels to replace the original red car's role.

There are 9 key actions that affect the ending, all of them are written in the description with timecodes. Important actions that need to be done to get access to some key actions are also written. 1:29:32 - you can see what was done for A ending [75-100%] 1:30:41 - you can see what was done for B ending [30-75%] 1:34:36 - you can see what was done for C ending [0-25%] All secret symbols and password decryption for the secret ending are also shown in the video. You don't have to replay the whole game for a different ending. It is enough to download the necessary act and reach the end by doing fewer (or more) key things.

For the C ending , you need do "bad" choices Act 1: 1) Protect tape from overwriting 2) DON'T pin a sticker Act 2: 2,3) Do not read the magazine in the basement (or even in act 1 do not fix the leak), so as not to find out the password to the antivirus and not to fix the computer in Act 3 → there will be no opportunity to write a readme. Act 3: 4) DON'T fix the robo-arm 5) DON'T save the robot 6) Protect tape from overwriting (don't touch it) 7) DON'T drop the magazine down 8) DON'T put anything in the time capsule 9) DON'T open the safe In this case, it will be 0%, but 25% is acceptable, that is, several solutions may be "good". I do not know what choices you had in the first two acts, but most likely it will be enough to replay only act 3.

The game is called Time Loader, but time travel is not a gameplay mechanic. It is only part of the story. Although it looks kid friendly on the outside, it definitely shouldn't be E rated since this game deals with mature topics, It should be T rated.
