I've been at my job for almost four years. I have never once been late, because I am always 30-45 minutes early. I am incredibly fascinated by people who are chronically late. I'm also fascinated at how many videos and other resources there are aimed at helping these chronically late people. I'm fascinated at all the different kinds of advice and tips and tricks, that all come so naturally to us people who are always on time.

Being chronically late is also a known symptom of ADHD, known as “time blindness”. Just something to keep in mind.

Your choice of words helped me to see how being late is connected to being dishonest - to not upholding your word. Ouch, that hurt where it needed to!

Oh my goodness. Thank you so much for this video. I've seen many with the same information. You have enlightened me with new information and how to actually break out of this habit. I'm committed from today for the next two months to never ever be late. It's something I absolutely despise in myself. It's time to change and you've made me believe in myself. Thank you.

Being punctual seems like such a minuscule thing but for some people they just really suck at being on time and it unfortunately does leave a bad impression about the person especially if they’re habitually late. This goes for most setting in general

Time how long it actually takes you to get ready in the morning for work. Include everything. Work backwards from the time you should leave and add the time on. This will tell you what time it will take you to actually get up and start getting ready. Also do prep before bed (clothes etc)

Man idk… I just don’t give two shits about being on time… I’m not a dog. I don’t “leap” at the command of another. Worse, I’ve TRIED. Everything I try fails and I end up late anyway. I’ve tried putting the alarm at the other side of the room, tried going to bed earlier… Nothing works.

Your employer doesn't value your time when they use exploitation to get what they want out of their employees and emotionally manipulate them to work for someone to make them rich so why should I value their time when they don't value mine? 🤔

If I'm 20 minutes late and have a 40 min drive to my real estate school I just go 80-100pmh and get there exactly on time🤣 but even if I leave 30 minutes from my house to school I get there with almost a full hour of being early. And there have been occasional when I think I'm late and get there at exactly at 8 30am and I'm the first one in the entire class to get there meanwhile I'm pushing my 350z to its limits just to get there on time
