Great Video and detailing. I am working for a logistic company , mainly into warehousing, distribution and transportation. Can this method help us do more with less in a service industry? We have huge transactions happening towards month end and many times it becomes too stressful to achieve target. I am also interested in the template (physical or spread sheet) to capture the outcome of observation of time and motion study.
