What I did while framing the equation for the man and train question was I did it as 12(T+10) = 15(T-10). Ended up getting the same answer anyway. But still wanted to tell. The video was very helpful. Thank You.

T- 20 ? where did it come from?

Hi yash, If your doubt is from the man and railway station problem. You can frame 2 equations there. 12*T=(15*(T-20) = > T=100mins In case 1, with a speed of 12kmph, the man reaches 10minutes after departure (lets say time T) While with 15 kmph, he reaches 10 minutes before departure(total 20 minutes earlier than initial case) Hence time taken to reach railway station when speed is 15 kmph is given by T-20 minutes.
