His E skill really shows his power as a time controller by stopping time in the game. But I think his W skills are still lacking. Skill rewind should (reappear the skill used on the same target or spot) I mean when the time bomb explodes, just click W and the time will reset, the bomb will reappear and explode again at the same target or location.

It would be worth seeing a Time Warp (E) accelerate animations, delayed spells, projectiles, time bombs etc instead of just movement speed gain or slowing down everything else. I still love a Jojo's reference.

To be honest, Im fully on board with a little more balanced versions of these skills. Swap E's final form with R for example. R can do a 0,5 - 1 - 1,5/2 second time stop. Then nerf the chronoshift to be a self-heal ability that rejuvenates HP by rewinding time, increase the % with each upgrade. Increasing your survivability in lane but sacrificing mobility and Mana that is cruical for your other skills. Q having a third combo is a scarousing idea. On one point, I'd love to use THAT. On the other point, its broken AF due to massive range and the potential damage you can do with a mediocre item set. Even its current version is strong enough if you can time the stuns right. Passive can be an increased movement speed in general to compensate for the loss of mobility. Not as high as your new R gives you or the old E would've, but high enough that you can move comfortably without buying shoes.

R should actually be like that. It is ridiculous that another champ can revive a whole team just by last hitting enemies and Zilean has to decide on ulting himself or just 1 ally. Lvl 3 Ult should be like Kindred's area on her ult. Everyone standing in there will get ulted and if killed, he will be revived.
