The Congregation of the Fathers of Mercy, which was founded in 1808, originally under the title of “The Missionaries of France.” The community was founded for the purpose of re-evangelizing the people of France after the Catholic Faith had been subjected to years of attacks and persecution during the French Revolution. It is now exclusively an American community. The General ate of the Congregation is located in Auburn, Kentucky. The primary apostolate of the Fathers of Mercy is to conduct parish missions and retreats throughout the United States and other countries when called upon. The congregation also staffs rural parishes in the Archdiocese of Louisville, Kentucky.

Come to Jesus for Salvation. Salvation is not found in a church or water. If you can get baptized to show your dedication to Christ, do it. But baptism in a lake or church is an outward sign of an inward change. Without coming to Christ, and living by His example, you will not go to live with Him.

I am not Catholic but a disciple of Christ’s word I follow the word of Christ and Mother Mary and the Gospel of Thomas and the Gospel of Mary. It is time for all Believers to become counter cultural. We are all children of the Kingdom. If we believe in God we receive no matter our religion or belief. Gods people are one. It’s is Christ’s Light that unites us. In Corinthians it say even if the hand does not belong to the arm it is so. That we are ALL the body of Christ. Jesus teaches us to seek the Christ within ourselves. To follow his practices. God asks us to live by his laws. See true and false disciples. Not every one who says to me Lord will enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Many will say to me on that day Lord, Lord did we not prophecy in your name and Iin your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles. Then I will tell them plainly Away from me, you evil doers. The wise and Foolish Brothers Mathew 24 Therefore everyone who hears my word and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on a rock. The rain came down, the streams rose and the winds blew and beat against that house, yet it did not fall because it had its foundation in the rock. Our rock is to be rooted in Christ. To act as he did and to follow Christ & to follow Our Fathers word. Infinite gratitude to Mother Mary for birthing our sovereign brother and allowing his light to guide us. It is when we follow Christ’s word we too become the light of the Earth. We are born free into the Kingdom of God and it is his authority that Reigns Supreme. We are here to become disciples of Christ. To unite as one people.

Wow, I lost faith in the catholic church over 20 years ago here in Ireland, I have always believed in a God, but the catholic church here in Ireland made me lose faith in their way of teaching. If there were more priests like you in the world it would be a much different place. You're a true man of God and his love radiates through you. I just discovered Father David Wilton on KZbin. He “randomly” appeared in my search engine. I was searching for comfort through my faith during this trying time in our country. Father David was/is an answer to my prayers. His words spoke volumes to me and gave me new hope in our God. I was unaware that he lived in upstate New York only an hour from where I live. God brought him to me! God is good!

Thank God for you Fr. Wilton. We are in the desert in Rochester New York. At The Mass I went to on Jan 1 at Christ the King Church, the Deacon spent 2 minutes talking about Mary, and 10+ minutes teaching everyone a "song" in sign language like we were infants. Some charitable parishioners might say it was a "missed opportunity" (to talk about The Mother Of God), but to me it was shameful treatment of Our Lady and the reason for the Homily. Thank you, and thank you for your fervor for Our Mother, your sermon moved me to tears too.

I commend Fr. Wilton for his indomitable courage and perspective to reveal the ravages acting on mankind. Too bad the average catholic priest won't consider attacking the present day degeneration of the human character we see everyday. It's too many days that so many Bishops sail on the arch of political correctness and restrict sharing true reflections of the world we live in. From the pulpit we can all be called out for our transgressions, and at the same time we may become more inspired to reflect upon strengthening our love for Christ and His ways for us. The Truth can in no way hurt us, it bolsters our commitment for what is true and righteous, it is a compass that has no deviation or error. Christ is the Truth, He is our Compass. Thanks be to God.
