Oh, how to have a busy day of moving my super cars into a new, custom, super dream garage to test fit the layout and fitment. Having to jump start cars, filling them with gas pulling them in and out. Oh, and most importantly, picking which cars to take! That's a day to say at the end of "that was a long day" 🤭😍😉 Love it. And I love living my dream life vicariously through you Manny. There should be a button where you can suspend your desk from the ceiling, and it just lowers and raises when you need it. You're rich, you'll figure it out. More space for 2 cars that way

You should consider installing cameras behind the pillars of the garage and placing screens in front of the pillars to display what's behind them. This way, you can have a clear view from all angles without any obstructions.

You can put the desk in the front entry facing towards the door in the middle, and the cars could be the view that your visitors see, also wont have to travel that long to get in and out.⭐️ Also, the cars would be away from unauthorised entry.

One suggestion for your desk is to build a 3 foot high platform where you can sit and look over all your cars. If the ceiling height is 10 ft, you have plenty of room to spare for your tall friends as well. Your building used to be the TCT headquarters. Did they not have small platforms to be seen by audiences when filming live TV? This might be the ticket (without speeding).

I dont know if i would like the desk close were the cars would closely park and pass by, I would put it in the center (where you said ideally be) and just make a second wall with the length of the desk (maybe a little bit more) to divide the desk/garage to the inner entrance of the house. That way if any car is having something done or anyone moves it, you are not directly close to it handling calls or meetings. Plus, is the ideal view to see them all.

Ok @MannyKhoshbinyt I have the perfect idea! Put the desk in the corner but build a raised platform so that you can feel like you're on top of the cars for the view when sitting. Don't know if you have allowance build a 1ft platform plus your own high so you don't hit your head while jumping off your feet.

(Suggetion) About the Desk, how about putting it in one of the entrence coners and have it on a bit of an eleveted platform for a better view at the cars. The middle desk setup does work pefectly too.

Manny right in the center where everyone walks in and looks down the hall to you with your own elevator right behind you is like dreams. Imagine pulling in looking straight ahead and seeing a big ass deck maybe elevated 1’ under the deck or 2 steps up you will have a Birds Eye view of the entire collection
