Great video! I’m at the backend of my PPL training after 16 months and having those “can I?” thoughts. Thanks for the inspiration to push on.

Well done Jimmy. I love to see you fly, I spent 24 years as an airfield controller in north Scotland and I'm in the south now just watching from the ground and miss working around the aircraft so much. Your videos reminds me of just how much fun that was. You can never do enough prep. Stay safe.

So good. Been waiting for another flying video! I'm 6hrs into my ppl training having started this September. I watched all your flying vids when you did them. I'm also going to be doing the training over a number of years I think. It looks amazing to be able to jump into the plane and go fly, hopefully I'll get there one day! Thanks!

Brilliant! Well done James!! So glad to see your flying videos back on here. My skills test is hopefully gonna be February now as all is done and it's just revision. To grow the channel, might I suggest you put this video in one/some of the Facebook groups as well? I'm sure like me you're in several of them and they would love to see this video :)

Really interesting video mate, thanks for posting it! So do you rent the plane each time you take it out, if so what's the cost? What about fuel costs, and how much are landing fees? 🙂

Hi there. This is a plane I own a share in. Basically you pay to buy your share. Mine was £2500. Then there’s a monthly cost of £70 regardless of your hours flown. This covers maintenance and insurance plus any other sundries. After that it cost about £100 an hour including fuel cost. That gets you almost everywhere in the U.K. with a favourable wind! There are 13 group members in our plane and I can generally fly whenever I like such is the use PK gets.
