I'm commenting as I watch this just so you know. And I have to say that I totally feel your pain about Firefly being canceled. I did not know about plans for 7 seasons though. I agree, it makes it a bit more sad that it got canceled. I hope the executive realizes what a huge mistake it was to cancel the show, but what can ya do you know?

Ive suggested Firefly several times over the past few TTTs. Its over a decade old and shes stated before she does thing from 80s, 90s and even the current stuff, but the old 90s stuff is usually the best IMO. But I felt Firefly was perfect cause even though the show was unfortunately cancelled, it was long enough for a good TTT. Not too much information to jam in and I actually leatned a couple of things. Im still trying to get TMNT for TTT, been trying since January lol

So in an effort to help, Firefly was a short lived TV series back in 2002 that mixed sci-fi and western and was created by Joss Whedon, creator of Buffy, Angel, producer of Cabin in the Woods, writer for Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and director of the 3rd most successful film of all time, The Avengers...among other things. The series has gained cult status and a huge following since it's cancellation after only one season. I guess you kind of have to be looking for it to know about it nowadays or just hear about it from someone else. Or be in a nerdy group of friends. Most of the main cast and crew reunited at the 2012 San Diego Comic-Con for a 10th anniversary panel and around ten thousand people were lining up to get in. For a show that had only one season and had been off the air for 10 years by this point to have that kind of following, that's damn impressive.
