Loved this series. Thanks for sharing. For those that have not seen, cocky Timecop Jack Logan tries to "protect the past and preserve the future" by going on time-traveling missions assigned by the Time Enforcement Commission. That's an agency that monitors old newspapers to look for "ripples in time" that signal bad guys have traveled into the past and are trying to change history for their own insidious ends. Good visual & audio. Enjoyed watching again! 👍

I also like the Sixty Series TIME TUNNEL ( clips are also on KZbin as well as the regrettably failed Pilot for a renewed TIME TUNNEL SHOW ) now THAT is a truly forgotten show. I mean all of the TIMELESS Fans have the DVD or the Blue Ray version at home. Also there was the TIME COP series. Also there is the British done show PRIMEVAL - also on KZbin in clips - was also with time traveling. Loved that one as well

I’m finding that much of the criticism this 22 year old show is receiving is derived from the “technicalities” of its time travel mechanics. In reality, it’s a show based on a 1994 action movie. It’s storytelling. Good storytelling. Glad that this show was a part of my teen years. Fond memories associated with this show.

Man, 90's tv shows and movies, I think they kick the crap out of what is on today. Even the lower budget b-movie type stuff seemed more creative and real, for me anyway. This Timecop series has got schleppy dialogue, and hackneyed story lines, but still there's something about it that's fun to watch and entertain for an hour or two.

5:00 The sounds and visuals are just like a fancy video arcade. Remember those? That's about right. When this series was made, video arcades still ruled; they were at their peak. Which helped them influence the design of the series.

I was absolutely mad for this show and wished they made more of them. Ever since I was a little girl, I have always been drawn to anything that involved time travel, in any form - but only to the past. Always will watch anything with TW KIng, who although I haven't seen him in anything for years now, am 100% certain that he has only improved with age, lol!

The freed of the American Studio was the fault. Basically the complete project was the idea of some Spanish writers. They could not agree with the Americans and did in their home country EL MINISTERIO DEL TIEMPO instead. The end of the song, they had suit the TIMELESS makers for plagiatism and won out of court. So TIMELESS had to become canceled.

I love watching timecop the series, I taped the 9 ep's off sci-fi ch, this show, robocop the series and team knight rider are almost impossible to find on dvd new or used, the good shows are hard to find, the crappy ones are everywhere.

I don't remember the show, I had seen the movie though. My first time seeing this. I was watching airytv and caught the beginning and decided to go to KZbin and research it on Wikipedia. It's ashame it didn't last long. Then again in the 2000's an HG Wells show on ABC didn't last long either. This show had potential unfortunately it died before it could make an impact. I will watch the next 8 episodes in due time.

Actually it was recently determined that Aaron Kosminski was most likely Jack the Ripper. DNA on the Shall from one of his victims matched his descendants. It sucks that they cancelled the show before it could really get moving. Interesting factoid in the 1880s Australia was actually a Peniel colony. 34:30 for someone that is 13 in 2007, that picture sure is outdated looking. He looks straight out of the 80s. Not to mention he doesn't look 13.

I loved sliders tv show as a teenager but didn't understand why they quit the show didn't last very many seasons these day's shows last a long time back in the 70s through the 90s tvs shows didn't last long on tv if sliders was on today or this tv show time cop they would very well last 10 plus more seasons

I loved this show. Definitely low budget compared to now. But the stories was pretty good. I wouldn't mind if they remade this series. One thing i noticed in this episode. They didnt want him saving the woman because it may affect the timeline. However, just interacting in that period should have affected it. As well as him stopping a serial k*ller before he is suppose to k*ll other women. So essentially if you stop him here, those other women wouldn't have died. I get they wanted to make it compelling by adding in rules, but it's a basically a contradiction

King is a good actor on this show also I liked him on Charmed where he played Andy who was also a cop as well besides being a cop on charmed he was the bf of Prue.
