It's bittersweet to remember those beautiful moments we had with someone special, even if things didn't work out in the end. This is amazing! Complete goosebumps! It really makes me reflect on my own life as I was born in 1983 and got to experience the 80s as a young child. It brings back such loving and peaceful memories. Growing up, I always wanted to live in a firehouse and be a Ghostbuster. The funny thing is I still yearn for that dream. This song just captures the optimism that was present in the 80s. Even with the Cold War going on and it coming to an end, the 80s allowed us to dream big and think of a better tomorrow. To me, 80s music is timeless because it focuses on a future of possibilities. I only wish post-millennials got to experience this themselves because they were so deprived of a childhood to dream without cellular phones and Internet. This song is just magic.
