What I love about this song is that, while his heart is broken, there's a part of him who knows he has to move on. "The truth is none of these streets lead back to you." He's not in denial, and that suggests that part of him knows that to move forward with his life, he needs to move on. I find myself rooting for that part of him to win out.

The line "none of these streets lead back to you," in my head sorta sounds like "none of these dreams lead back to you." This song reminds me of my love who died last year. I have dreams once in a while where he's present and we spend time together. Every time I see him I try to hold ib then I wake up and I realize that's all a dream. Sorta bittersweet to have these dreams then I realize that nothing will ever bring him back. Spend as much time with your loved ones because you never know when they'll leave. Huge hug to everybody who's suffering. Love is real.
