I like this timer as it is very similar to one I used before and seems very logical in th programming side of things. I think I will buy one for the hot water tank in my flat!

I have the same device as this what does the ‘advanced on’ setting mean it’s for my towel rad. What times will that go on and off on please?

Having a nightmare with my NTT03 what’s a normal time to set the programme on? Keep going to have a shower with no hot water! Appreciate any help! Thanks :)

Please contact the support team via our website or email. Someone should be able to help programme this for you. In the meantime you can use the advance button to turn the switch OFF/ON manually.

I've just bought one of these. Let's hope it's good. By the way, Timeguard, let me know if you'd like me to record some voice-over narration for these videos. That robot voice is a little jarring with its unnatural intonation! Cheers! Julius

How can I tell programme 1 is on? I have advance on. Does this mean it programme 1 is on?

Is there no way to set the programs to run on a 12h clock so that the heating comes on, on the corresponding time eg. 04:00 and 16:00 ? Or would that require more than the 4 available programs?

Everything is switched on. Boost current on , but I’m receiving no hot water at all. It’s been like this for days now, please help!

I've programmed it correctly, as instructed. The green on light comes on at the programmed time, but no hot water... we only get hot water when the boost is on. Anyone have any ideas?

Click the override button until it is has the word OVERRIDE in the display.

Hi Andy, that would depend on the heating source for the water not the timer. If your house has an instant water heating system in place, then you can schedule it using a suitable time control method to get hot water faster.
